Dashboard - AI Chat Log

The AI Chat Log allows you to view any chat that's taken place with your chatbot.

You may need to keep these logs for compliance with Europe's GDPR, The United States' CAN-SPAM or Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL.

You can also use the logs to see what took place inside one or more chats.

If you want to export records for compliance with privacy laws, use the "Export All Logs" button at the top of the page.
