Dashboard - AI Mode

💡Pro Tip: We recommend you use the Flow Builder with an AI block (”Hybrid Mode”) even if you only want to create an AI bot, as the flow builder has compatibility for integrations.

Your first look at the AI Mode Screen may feel overwhelming and a wee bit can look intimidating, and we hope the following breakdown removes any trepidation you may have about using this functionality.

The entire Noteworthy platform is designed to work one of three ways:

Workflow Based

Each chatbot is designed through our Flow Builder to create your chatbot's operation and capabilities. In a traditional workflow there is no AI chatting. The questions your bot response to and the answers it delivers are predetermined by the training of your bot and the pathways you incorporate into them.

AI Mode

If you want your users to have a ChatGPT-like experience, AI mode and give this mode a business name. While optional, Business Context is critical for your user's experience.

Be sure to check the ENABLE box to turn on this feature.

To fully train your chatbot on all aspects of your business, enable the Advanced Options. Here you can edit the Default system message for your chatbot. This is basic information, and includes placeholders for your business name, the current date and day of week, and specific instructions on how to interact with your users.

This section comes pre-filled with our standard system prompt, but feel free to edit this to meet your specific requirements.

The system prompt sets the parameters for the AI to understand its purpose. You give it instructions, morals and values, then turn it loose on an educational quest using the files and URLs to train in the next section.

Training Your Chatbot

To give your chatbot even more detailed training, you can upload PDF documents, Word docs and Text files. The capacity of the training window is 500,000 characters, so you have plenty of room to train and adjust your bot.

You can also train the chatbot on your website by adding the URL and pressing the "Get All Links" button.
