Dashboard - Integration Code

Integration Code is how you install your chatbot onto your website or your customer's website, if you're on the Agency Plan.

The Majority of Platforms, including WordPress

For most platforms, the Universal Integration Code is recommended. Paste this code before the end BODY tag </body>

GoHighLevel

If you or your client uses GHL, use the GoHighLevel Integration Code. This option is designed specifically for the GHL platform.

In GHL, go to Sites, then select the website or funnel where you want to install the chatbot and select SETTINGS.

Add the GHL Integration Code into the Body Tracking Code section of your site's settings, as shown in the image below.

Embed in a Web Page

To embed a bot directly into a web page, use the Inline Embeddable Bot Code. Paste this code before the end BODY tag </body>.

Then in the place on your page where you want the chatbot displayed, add the following HTML code:

You can also configure the size of the chatbot for both mobile and desktop views using the Inline Embeddable Bot Configurations section.
