The Settings Page controls every aspect of your chatbot's behavior.
Google Sheets Settings
The Google App Script URL, and
the Google Sheet ID.

Email Notifications
If you want to receive notifications from your chatbot, add your email into this field.

Zapier and Make Webhook URLs
To send data to another program or platform, use one of these systems.

Domain Whitelist
I'm not sure why someone would want to add your chatbot to their website, but anything is possible. To limit the websites where your chatbot can function, enter those URLs in this field, separated by a comma.

Responses
If you don't want your chatbot responses saved, check this box. We recommend that you do NOT check this box!

Conversation Cache Time
This setting controls the length of time before a conversation is abandoned. After this number of minutes elapses, the user must restart their chat experience.
The default is 80 minutes.

Branding
This section allows you to turn branding on or off, and customize the branding and destination URL for the button inside your chatbot.

Notification Badge
Enabled by default, this displays a notification message badge. To hide this opening notification, uncheck this box.

Mailchimp API key
If you use MailChimp, add your API key to enable that integration
Klaviyo API key
If you use Klaviyo, add your API key to enable that integration
Internationalization
To configure messages in a language other than English, use this section.
